If you are 10 minutes or more late this may require your appointment to be re-scheduled.
If you are 15 minutes or more late, your appointment will be considered a no-show, and the booking fee will be forfeited.
No-shows will result in the loss of the booking fee.
Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your booking fee.
A non-refundable booking fee of 40% is required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted off the cost of the total treatment cost on completion of the treatment.
If for any reason it is deemed that a treatment is not suitable for a client due safety reasons or otherwise we have the right to refuse treatment.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your treatment please make me aware before you leave your appointment. Customer satisfaction is very important to me and I will do my very best to make it right.
While I use high-quality products and professional techniques, individual results for lash and brow treatments may vary based on factors such as natural hair growth, skin type and aftercare. For this reason we cannot guarantee specific results, particularly for first time clients.
